Exampe: Doctors, Restaurants, Insurance Agents in Texas, Dentists in Ohio, etc.

8 Million General Business Listings:  These are NOT broken down by industry type... only Area Code(s).

Why don't other companies list their prices, forcing me to contact them for a quote?  We can't answer for them.  We only know that our prices are cheaper than most "platform service providers", even though WE do all the work and provide lists.  Most providers only let you use their platform.  (You do the work of acquiring lists, deduping them, formatting them properly, uploading them, setting up remove lines, designing and uploading your flyer, and maintaining your "do-not-fax" list.)

Where do you get your lists?  We have been purchasing and trading lists from various brokers for years.  Most business-to-business numbers originate with companies like InfoUSA, who compile databases of all sorts for the purpose of selling them to marketers.   Some of our sources are proprietary!

What are the best days to send faxes?  Generally, Tuesday-Thursday, AM.

How much lead time do I need to get my faxes delivered?  For "General lists" or your own list, we can do same day faxing if you catch us early enough.  For "Targeted lists", allow 24 hours from time of payment.  In many cases, we need to purchase lists that meet your needs. This takes time.

Do you provide a "Remove Line"?  Yes.  It is a toll free automated service that immediately blocks that number from receiving any further faxes. 

When are the faxes sent?   During business hours.  Faxes can be scheduled for AM or PM delivery in each respective time zone.

How long has AdmaxMarketing.com been in business?  We have been sending fax ads for clients since 1997.

Do you provide flyer design?  Yes.  It's $35.  For orders of 2000 or more, it's free.  Allow 24-48 hours to complete.

What is the average response rate?    Response rates vary greatly.  Well written, targeted business-to-business ads can generate 5-10 calls for every 1,000 faxes sent. Sometimes less.  It depends if people need or want what you have to offer.  

Do you guarantee a response?  We do not guarantee response.  We guarantee delivery only.   Advertising response rates vary greatly due to many factors, and AdMaxMarketing.com can not; therefore, does not guarantee sales or response.  (if you find a service that DOES guarantee response, please let us know!)

Do I get a confirmation report?  Yes.

How do I know the faxes went out?    When the phone starts ringing of course.  Otherwise, the confirmation report will detail each number for you.  We can also seed your list with your fax number.  When you receive your fax, you know it's going out.

Do I have to fill out an Order Form for every job?   Yes.  Each time you wish to send a fax out, a new Order Form and sign-off fax must be received.
