Once the decision is made to use
AdMax for your fax blasting needs, you can easily manage your campaign
and place orders by following these easy steps...
STEP
1
Your
Ad.
Each
ad should use the entire 8.5 x 11 sheet of space. Once
your fax flyer is finished, you need to email it to us as an attachment.
(if you don't know how, just call us) We send electronic files, not
paper. Not all file formats will work.
Formats
that work are: .doc
(Word),
.pdf (Photoshop/Acrobat), .pub (Publisher), .jpg (image format),
.gif (image format),
.tif (image format). No MacIntosh files. Click

If you need to have a
flyer designed for you, a $25 flyer fee can be checked on the
Order Form. Fax flyer design may take a day to complete.
For orders of 2,000 faxes or more this service is
FREE.
STEP
2
The
Order Form. Click
on the Order Form button on the
bottom of the "fax blasting" page.
Then simply print that screen, fill out the form completely, and fax
it to the fax number provided.
Or pay via PayPal.
Payment
Terms. All orders are payment in full, prior to
fax delivery. For credit card orders, orders can be sent same
day in some cases. Usually 24 hours in advance is sufficient.
For checks, payment must be processed and funds cleared before fax
ad will be delivered. Money order jobs can be sent upon
receipt of money order.
STEP 3
Fax
Test Proof. Once your fax has been emailed to us
as an attachment, and your fax Order Form has been faxed to us, we then
send you a "test fax" through our system to the fax number you provide.
Once you receive the fax, write "OK" and sign your name on it, and fax
it back to us at the same fax number. (603-994-1746)
Once
we have received this sign-off from you and payment has been processed,
we will send your fax as you've indicated on the Order Form.
