What kind of lists do you have?     Choose from 2 Databases:

Opportunity Seekers: This list database can not be broken down by region, and

Business to Business:  Much of this list can be broken down by these categories... City, State, Area Code, & Business Type (SIC CODE - Standard Industrial Code).

Exampe: Doctors, Restaurants, Insurance Agents in Texas, Dentists in Ohio, etc.

NOTE:   If you do not know what "SIC Code" your target market is, Go To: www.naics.com/search.htm  You can find out what SIC Code you are looking for.

Where do you get your lists? 

We have been purchasing lists from various brokers for years.  Most business-to-business numbers originate with companies like InfoUSA, who compile databases of all sorts for the purpose of selling them to marketers. Opportunity seeker lists are also purchased from "fax-on-demand" owners who cater to network marketers all over the country.

What if you don't have enough listings for me? 

You can visit sites like www.marketingc2c.com for lists.  We will discount our delivery price if you have your own lists.

What are the best days to send faxes? 

Generally, Tuesday-Thursday, AM.

When are the faxes sent?  

During business hours.  Faxes can be scheduled for AM or PM delivery in each respective time zone.

How long has AdmaxMarketing.com been in business? 

We have been sending fax ads for clients since 1998.

What is the average response rate? 

Response rates vary greatly.  Well written, targeted business-to-business ads can generate 5-10 calls for every 1,000 faxes sent.  

Do you guarantee a response? 

We do not guarantee response.  We guarantee delivery only.   Advertising response rates vary greatly due to many factors, and AdMaxMarketing.com can not; therefore, does not guarantee sales or response.

Do I get a confirmation report? 

Yes.  An Excel file is generated.

Can I buy the fax numbers? 

Yes.

How do I know the faxes went out?   

When the phone starts ringing of course.  Otherwise, the confirmation report will detail each number for you.

Do I have to fill out an Order Form for every job?  

Yes.  Each time you wish to send a fax out, a new Order Form and sign-off fax must be received.

What format can I submit my documents in?  

Formats that work are:  .doc (Word), .pdf (Photoshop/Acrobat),  .pub (Publisher),  .jpg (image format), .gif (image format), .tif (image format).  No Macintosh files.

Can I do "Mail Merge" to insert recipient's name with each fax?

Yes, but our records don't include that information.

Can I get my broadcast faxes out quickly? 

We can process orders with 24 hours.  Same day if you have your flyer ready.

What if all the faxes don't deliver, do I pay for those? 

You only pay for 100% completed fax pages.  Example: if you pay for 2000, then we keep sending until 2000 deliver.

Do you have written permission from the fax owners to send them faxes?  No.
